Description
This is a limited certificate for those who are working with an employer that wants to employ them based upon experience and expertise, but who do not qualify for a full teaching certificate. A Conditional Certificate may be issued to an individual admitted to the United States for the purpose of serving as an exchange teacher. The individual must be eligible to serve as a teacher in the elementary or secondary schools in their country of nationality or last residence. This application must be initiated by your sponsoring school district.
