Description
Each out-of-state applicant must hold a standard certificate issued by another state or territory and apply for a review of credentials if they are seeking certification in Texas. Once the review of credentials is complete, the applicant may be issued a one-year non-renewable certificate. Once the test requirements are complete, the license-seeker must apply for the Standard Certificate.
