Description

This pathway allows professionals who hold a bachelor’s degree in a world language to receive a Professional Teaching Permit in the respective subject area. This pathway is intended to address Wisconsin licensure areas identified as critical shortage areas along with engineering, math, science, computer science, art, and music. Upon completing a minimum of 100 hours of formal instruction in the application of modern curricula and passing the subject-specific content tests, an individual is permitted to teach.
