Description

The Initial In-State License (Two-Year) is issued to first-time applicants who have met all the ND requirements for licensure. The type of the next license depends on the amount of contracted time. If the candidate is contracted for more than 18 months of 100% contracted time, they would qualify for the First Five-Year Renewal license; if the candidate is contracted for less than 18 months of 100% contracted time, then the next application they will qualify for will be the Two-Year Renewal License.
