Foreign Credentials Approach (Out-Of-Country) (DE)

Applicants who have attended and/or graduated from a non-U.S. college or university are advised to follow the same application process as all other applicants with one exception: such applicants must have their transcripts evaluated by an independent agency. The licensure decision will be based on the agency’s determination of the following: (1) translation of the transcript (if translation is necessary); and (2) evaluation of how the coursework taken by an individual equates to coursework offered at American colleges and universities, which are regionally accredited. Even if a transcript is in English, the transcript must undergo the evaluation process.
