Reciprocity Route (Out-of-Country) (MS)

An individual who has completed an educator preparation program in another country may meet requirements for Mississippi certification. The applicant is responsible for having all transcripts representing degrees earned outside of the United States, as well as any other correspondence, translated and evaluated by an evaluation agency prior to submission of a licensure application to the Mississippi Department of Education.
